Transfer is mainly composed of upper transfer sub assembly and lower lift up part. There are roller transfer and chain transfer. Upper part of roller transfer is roller transfer sub assembly, while chain transfer sub assembly for chain transfer. End stop, drive side stop and driven side stop are optional for stop accessories.
Max length: 2000mm
Effective width of roller transfer can be 820, 1020, 1120 and 1220mm. (Effective width means inside width between two rings in roller axial direction. Normally, effective width=pallet width+20mm)
Chain center of chain transfer can be 700, 850, 950, 1050mm (common chain center=pallet width-150mm)
Lowest height of conveying surface of standard transfer is 650mm
Standard type: maximum 1500kg for the whole conveyor; Conveying capacity can be designed with working condition requirements.
Normal conveyor speed can be 12, 16, 18m/min; maximum speed can be 20m/min.
Standard time for transfer lifting from the lowest position to the highest position is 3 and lifting stroke is 80mm.
Standard conveyor is equipped with high quality reducer motor. Configuration position, output revolution and power etc of reducer motor are determined by working condition. Motor power depends on loading, conveyor speed etc. Common motor power can be 0.37, 0.55, 0.75kw. Standard power for lift motor is 0.75kw, 1.1kw as an option.
Standard roller diameter for roller transfer is 76mm, sprocket is 10B-16T, dia 89mm roller is optional. Standard roller pitch is 143mm or 127mm. Galvanization treatment on roller surface.
Roller with high quality bearing can rotate smoothly, small resistance, low noise, long service life. Using standard steel welded ring for roller. Roller transfer with low speed and light loading can select dia 76mm roller with aluminum lock ring.
Use bolts on motor bracket to adjust height of motor to tension conveyor motor chain. Adjust positions of two drive shafts to tension lift motor chain.

Use 10B-1chain for roller transfer. Use 16B-1 chain for lifting part.
Use C10B-2 double row straight chain for chain transfer. Use 16B-1 chain for lifting part.
Support uses welded or bolted support. Adjustable foot is mounted at the bottom for height adjustment within the range of ±30mm. Supports with different heights are determined by conveying surface height.
There are guards for drive part of transfer drive unit and roller sprocket. Put caution label on the places wherever injuries may take place to remind and avoid accidents.
When the material is steel, frame, drive unit and support all use epoxy resin coating for surface painting. Use blackening treatment for sprocket and shaft housing parts etc. Usually use galvanization treatment for double chain roller, guide device, support adjustable foot, photoelectric bracket etc.
